St. Patrick’s Day Cocktail Recipe: O’CAMUS Irish Coffee
When it comes to thinking Irish cocktails, most people say dark beer, or whiskey. Or if you get fancy, Irish coffee made with whiskey. Here is a twist on the traditional Irish coffee. But why be so traditional? Instead of whiskey, we are adding cognac. How does that sound to start your day? Or you can pour a few of these with friends and have it after dinner tonight.
O’CAMUS Irish Coffee
1 oz. CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac
5 oz. black coffee
1 ½ oz. whipped cream
Grated chocolate and cinnamon sticks for garnish
Add CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac and black coffee to your favorite coffee cup. Add sugar and gently float whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, add cinnamon sticks and serve.
