Shake Up Your Routine For The New Year
It’s two weeks into the New Year, how are those resolutions holding up for you? If you have already blown your diet, have not even been to the gym and cannot find your car keys, do not worry you can still get things back on track.
As part of my New Year resolutions, I decided to try new things that were good for me and my body. Not just the new cheese filled pull apart bread dough recipe on Pinterest. Luckily, I got my hands on the new BabbleBoxx and this month fits well with my New Year resolution. All of the full sized products in my trial box are new ways to treat myself better going forward this year.
Like most of us, my top plan for the New Year is to lose the extra weight and eat better. The new diet book from Liz Vaccariello and Reader’s Digest, “Stop, Drop and Diet” paired with the online companion course is the perfect “real life” and flexible way to address weight loss. You can swap your less than stellar food choices for something a little better.
My favorite part of the book, in addition to the photos of real food that all of us eat, are the brand name choices! Brand name foods and restaurants with simple and better food choices. Easy easy. Just want someone like you and me needs. Easy to read, easy to use, easy to implement. I even used some of the snack food swap ideas to make my weekly grocery shopping list. YUM!
With our busy lives, these handy towelettes from Dickinson’s offer a natural way to clean oil and dirt from your face. The added aloe vera to the towelettes helps restore essential moisture, revealing perfectly clean and naturally balanced skin. The TSA approved towelettes’ travel size is convenient to bring anywhere – the home, office, beach, sporting events and gym. I throw these in my purse and my gym bag, great for when I hit the gym during my lunch break or right after work or just to freshen up in between client meetings.
Speaking out healthy things I can throw in my purse! I love having herbal tea in my purse and at my desk just waiting for the right moment. And for me, any moment is good for an organic herbal tea. The new organic Gold Cup Chai from Stash Tea contains a top trending herb, turmeric. Studies show that it can relieve pain, maximize memory, relieve inflammation and much more!
Gold Cup Chai from Stash Tea is organic and caffeine free. Great for letting me de-stress and unwind after a hectic day. Add a little milk or sweet honey and it’s a nice escape from my deadline filled day. And for an extra bit of happy, Stash Tea is offering a discount to Busy Bee Blogger community members. Get 15% off entire online order at StashTea.com with promo code BABBLE15. Valid from Jan 4th-Feb 12th 2016. Not a bad way to start off your New Year.
You know there is something to the gluten-free movement when your dad starts asking about what to buy. And what about waffles and pancakes? Those are amazing, and I am not really down with giving those up. But I am too busy (maybe lazy) to make gluten-free pancakes and waffles from scratch. Why can’t there be an instant just add water version of those? Prepare to be amazed, Birch Benders Pancakes is a gluten free pancake and waffle mix that you just add water to in order to make. Talk about dreams coming true.
