Fresh… new habits

It’s interesting what a little change can do. Whole new habits to push out the old ones.

So, I’ve been with The Fresh Diet for 18 days now. I’ve been fighting my old habits of eating on the run, eating anything and everything, and the entire amount.

But that’s not all. I have started taking pride in HOW I eat something. With the exception of breakfast, I have been plating my food. Yup, pretty food on pretty plates. Soon I may have to move to the table to eat it!

I know it’s not a big deal to a lot of people, but it is to me. Start taking pride in what you eat? What a concept ;-)

Cucumber Cups Filled with Herbed Cheese Topped with Capers

Pineapple Coconut Muffin
