Today was better than yesterday, and I got to have my favorite Fresh Diet breakfast! Lots and lots of fresh fruit with yogurt!! I can sit and read my emails while munching on this and coffee. No heating needed.
And this muffin? It had a surprise in the center. A full raspberry!
I haven’t eaten lunch or dinner, yes I know what time it is. But between running around and stress about the party, I don’t think that’s going to happen. I don’t see that pineapple surviving though.
Oh and for those who have been wondering, I have lost a few lbs, I’ll do a whole different post on that some other time.
