Fresh… Being prepared!
I don’t know why, but I’ve been having a hard time with food lately. Craving everything that is NOT in my Fresh Diet bag. I have done my own inventory and found it to be stress related. I do find it easier when I remember that I have all the food I need at home waiting for me and that I don’t HAVE to stop and grab something less than ideal. I should really bring the cooler bag with me if I’m going to be away from the food all day. That should help.
OH! I had that salmon again last night. Yeah, more of that please.
