Day 3 – 1 mile
Don’t think that participating in this 30 miles in 30 days challenge means having to put on your sweat pants, running shoes and heart monitor. Nope. Last night, we walked to a nearby Mexican restaurant to have margaritas and walked back.
It totally counts.
And I always feel better walking after dinner anyway. So it was a win all around.
Find excuses to get your mile in, and it will be easier.
