Cocktail Recipe: Easy Bourbon Tea
Thank goodness for Summer and the fun it can bring. I’m doing a cocktail recipe on Monday, because I can.
My grandpa would always call his afternoon drink his “Iced Tea” so when I found this Bourbon Tea cocktail recipe, I had to jump on it. The mixture of the Four Roses Bourbon with the sweet and sour limoncello greatly compliment each other. Hve this on ice in the shade and you have got yourself a very tasty cocktail. I would suggest putting up a hammock, except I have a tendency to fall out of those even without the cocktails.
1 1/2 oz Four Roses Bourbon
1/2 oz limoncello
4 oz freshly brewed iced tea
Lemon wedge for garnish
In a tall glass, add Four Roses bourbon and limoncello.
Add ice to the glass as well.
Top with iced tea and stir to make sure everything is working together.
Garnish with lemon wedge and serve.
It really doesn’t get much easier than that. And when asked, you can always just say you’re enjoying an iced tea, just like my Grandpa.
