Tony Parker talks about his now public divorce from Eva Longoria

Now that it’s out there FOR REALZ NOW, Tony Parker is talking openly about Eva Longoria filing for divorce.  Or wait, his rep released a statement that “Tony” made regarding the divorce.  Yeah, that’s better.

“Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately,” he says in a statement issued by his rep. “I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.”

Parker, 28, also denied a report – since retracted – that he went to court first.

“I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California,” he says. “We plan to continue to keep our discussions of this matter private.” [PEOPLE]

He did NOT address the rumors (started by Eva’s camp) that he has a wandering eye/pickle.

I don’t know why ANYONE is surprised that these two are splitting.

Tony Parker files for Divorce from Eva Longoria UPDATE!

UPDATE:  TMZ is now saying OOPS about this whole story.  Actually, let me say it this way.  TMZ is reporting that Eva Longoria is denying this story.

TMZ reported that Tony had filed for divorce. Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told us the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge.

But Eva’s rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer.

Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she’s in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.

But there’s yet to be a statement from Tony Parker. So we’ll keep you updated.

It’s breakups and coupling time.  This time, we’re doing a breakup.  TMZ is reporting that Spurs player Tony Parkerfiled for divorce from Eva Longoria yesterday in Texas.

Now, some of you may be wondering why Texas?  Here’s my idea, Texas is NOT a community property state.  I think they had a prenup, but you nevah know now do yah.

Cookie Chainsaw Randolph Throws out the First Pitch for the Padres

He’s not just the pretty face of The DSC on 100.7 Jack FM. Sports commentator Cookie “Chainsaw” Randolph made his, uh, TRIUMPHANT return to the Padres pitching mound after a short 18 year absence, much to the delight of all his *adoring* fans. Or at least the ones who won free tickets on the show…

Anyway. Did Chainsaw double bounce it in? Or did he show the Padres just how it’s SUPPOSED to be done in the Major League?

Tony Parker's Press For Paris Party

Ug, these two. Actress Eva Longoria and her husband, basketball player Tony Parker, attend a press conference at Park Hyatt Hotel to promote the Party Par Coeur Gala by George Rech taking place in September in Paris.

Tony is French, in case you forgot, so his being at a big party in Paris isn’t a HUGE stretch.

The 'Housewives' go to Church

It’s about time these women got themselves to church! I’m surprised it didn’t explode. The cast of Desperate Housewives were caught out shooting scenes today in Hollywood. But, who’s missing? GALE HAROLD! Where in the world is my precious Gale? hmmm, fishy.

In (somewhat of a stretch we’ll make it work) related news, Eva Longoria, who for some reason brought her husband, basketball player Tony Parker with her to the set, told Extra (via OK!) that she and Tony will be moving to France. But don’t get too excited…

“Tony and I will be moving to France after Desperate Housewives,” she tells Extra. “Actually after his basketball career.”

“Not for awhile, but we’ll be living there for a bit,” Eva adds of their big move.

So not for a while?? Hmm, then why even mention it? WHY!?!??!!
