He’s already the unofficial spokesman for NYC to many, but could be be the President of the United States? Businessman, and developer, Donald Trump, has opened up about rumors he would be running for office in 2012.

“I’m totally being serious because I can’t stand what’s happening to the country. First time I am being serious about it. I’ve been asked for years to do it. And I had no interest. This is the first time I am — at least I’m considering it. That doesn’t say I’m going to do it … but I am seriously considering it.” [Fox]

What brought this up was a poll being reported in TIME Magazine. The poll asked a lot of questions about The Donald and a possible 2012 run. Trump says he had nothing to do with the poll, but found the results “amazing” and that he would have the “finesse” that the job of President needs.

“I think my whole life has sort of been about finesse when you get right down to it. I mean it’s — what running a country is, is to a certain extent we have to bring principle back and we have to also bring common sense back,” Trump said. “We have no common sense. We have no common sense. And we’re losing this country. Mark my words, if we keep going this way, we’re losing this country. It will no longer be great. It’s not respected to anywhere near what it used to be.

I have to admit, I am intrigued if Trump is serious about running. But most of all, I want to see “The Apprentice: Vice President” edition! Winner gets to help him run the country!

GOP VP Palin's 17 year old daughter Pregnant

Wow, um, ok. The Republican Vice President nominee’s, Sarah Palin, daughter, Bristol, is pregnant, at 17! The unwed teenager is going to have a shotgun wedding though. How sweet.

Here’s your statement from the “Pro Life” Sarah Palin‘s camp….

“We have been blessed with five wonderful children who we love with all our heart and mean everything to us. Our beautiful daughter Bristol came to us with news that as parents we knew would make her grow up faster than we had ever planned. We’re proud of Bristol’s decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents. As Bristol faces the responsibilities of adulthood, she knows she has our unconditional love and support.”

“Bristol and the young man she will marry are going to realize very quickly the difficulties of raising a child, which is why they will have the love and support of our entire family. We ask the media to respect our daughter and Levi’s privacy as has always been the tradition of children of candidates.”

At least they didn’t gloss over the difficulties of having a baby. Let alone when you’re so freaking young!!!! Who are they the Spears family? Though, there are few things to do in small towns besides get into trouble and get pregnant. Oh, I guess that’s the same thing when you’re 17. I’m just sayin’

But does this really matter? I mean, really? Obama’s mom was a teenager. So I don’t see how this is a topic we should bring into politics…. IMO.
