Gaga has been with Polaroid since earlier this year as a creative director.

Walking/singing art installation, Lady Gaga, has taken her position at Polaroid as creative director quite seriously. Well, I don’t know how serious she is about it, but she has an outfit.
Gaga shared her excitement for the job with all of us on Twitter early this morning saying:
A day at work in Tokyo, Japan with my new associates. Showing Polaroid my new vision and designs as creative director. Polaroids by Matthew Williams
Can I say I wore those same shoes to the office this morning? I just can’t seem to be productive without them
