All smiles after a pilates class in Sherman Oaks, Liv Tyler is looking like she had a good time. Endorphins can make you feel and look great even if you are none to thrilled to see the paparazzi waiting for you outside of the gym. After my early morning run today, I can understand just how good you can feel after working out.

By the way, Liv looks fantastic for having just gotten her sweat on. I always look a complete and total mess when leaving the gym. Not so pretty and glowing.
