Listen, I know that deep emerald green is supposed to be the color of the year, as shown in the jewels at the Golden Globes, but I am having a major lilac moment right now. Maybe it’s the HINT of color, just like in winter. Nothing is ever WHITE there’s always a hue below the surface. Or maybe I am just tired of the saturated looks of the past two seasons. Either way, lilac is doing it for me right now. Dresses, shirts, or accessories like glasses, pins, scarfs or bags.
So yeah. Lilac. There ya go.
The queen of the new burlesque, Dita Von Teese, has her plate full! She just had a release event for her SECOND parfum, Rouge. During the event, she gave a little interview about how she views beauty, and how she keeps that alabaster skin FLAWLESS.

At the US launch for her two fragrances (Dita Von Teese and Rouge) in LA over the weekend, Dita dished on how she gained the confidence to become who she is today. New Years Eve is tomorrow, so that means if you’re going out that you are doing it up a little more than usual! It has taken me my entire life to finally learn how to put on eye liner, so I can always use a little help.
How about instead of just a grey/black smokey eye, you try something new. How about pinks and bronze for the eyes instead. You will certainly stand out.
