Full Of Glitz and Glamour Get the Great Gatsby Look

Full of glitz, glamour, ornate details, and a true style all its own – what girl wouldn’t want “The Great Gatsby” look? Whether you are looking to enjoy a casual Gatsby themed garden party or don your most glamorous look at a fabulous cocktail evening, there are plenty of ways with ModCloth to add a flapper-esque flair to any look this spring/summer.

Details, details, details. Epaulets, pearls, rhinestones, and sequins were highly used during this time period to add glitz to an evening outfit.

With the release of the newest version of the Great Gatsby within reach, all fashion eyes are turned to the 20s. Today I wanted to focus on the easiest way to bring a little of the Jazz Age to your wardrobe without looking ridiculous. A little fringe, a little art deco inspired pieces, and there you go. You can throw any of these on with a scoop necked T and some great fitting jeans, and they’d look up to date and fashionable.

My favorites are the bracelets and cuffs, but I wouldn’t turn away a necklace or earrings.
