Did you hear all that gasping last night in Los Angeles? It was the premier of “The Mechanic” and not only was mega-hottie Jason Statham the king of the red carpet (it IS his movie after all), but the hotness that is Donald Sutherland showed the youngin’s how to shut that ‘ish down y’all.

It’s not all work and no play for action star Jason Statham. The Ependables actor was joined on the set of his newest movie by his girlfriend, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. The two walked around New York looking gorgeous as usual. I mean, yes Jason was scruffy and probably in costume for the shoot, but come on. He still looks uber cute.

Oh, and um, she looks great, too.

I wonder if The Expendables will continue to dominate the chick flicks this weekend. It already trounced the self indulgent escapades of a spoiled woman in Eat Pray Love, and now it’s up against The Baster The Switch. Gee, what to choose.
