Bethenny Frankel’s Ex Filed His Divorce Response

How in the world did I miss this? Was I having a power nap? Trying on new shape wear?

Anyway, it seems that Jason Hoppy, the future former husband of Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel, put in his response to her divorce petition. It might as well have just been a carbon copy of her filing or have “what she said” written in ink on it at the top.

TMZ has learned Jason Hoppy has filed his response to Bethenny’s divorce petition, in which he’s requesting PRIMARY CUSTODY of the couple’s 2-year-old daughter. We broke the story, Bethenny also wants primary custody.

Jason also wants child support from Bethenny — she wants the same from him.

Jason is asking for Bethenny to foot the bill for medical and dental insurance as well as related expenses for himself and daughter Bryn. In Bethenny’s legal docs she asks that Jason pay for her medical and dental bills, as well as Bryn’s.

Jason wants Bethenny to maintain life insurance on herself, making both Bryn and him beneficiaries. She wants him to maintain a life insurance policy for her benefit as well as Bryn’s.

And last but not least … Jason wants “exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.” Surprise — Bethenny wants that too.

Ah, one last thing. He wants her to pay for his lawyer, accountant, etc.

Other outlets are trying to turn this into an all out and out war, but truth is, filings like this are par for the course. Since there’s a prenup this should all go not too badly. The only fight I see could be over their two year old daughter. That’s the saddest part. Both of these parents love her so much, I just hope they give her stability.

Skinnygirl Bethenny Frankel and Husband SPLIT

Merry Christmas, we’re splitting up. After recently denying there were any problems in her marriage to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, Bethenny Frankel just released a statement that she and husband Jason Hoppy are splitting up.

“It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family,” Frankel said in a statement Sunday.

“We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority,” the statement continues. “This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us.” [People]

This is so sad. For EVERYONE involved.  I’m sure everyone is just going to focus on Bethenny’s work.  WORK WORK WORK, but no one knows what happened or if they’ll be getting back together.

Bethenny will be working on her show in L.A. and her Skinnygirl product line.

Snow Bunnies In Aspen Tonight On Bethenny Ever After – Video

It’s off to Aspen tonight on Bethenny Ever After. Bethenny and Jason take Brynn out to Colorado for the launch of Skinnygirl’s White Cosmopolitan. *yum*

Snowbunny Bethenny hits the slopes, and seems to have picked up some *very* young friends. The boys are looking for a cougar I take it? Be careful what you do and say there boys. Hubby Jason isn’t too far off.

And speaking of Jason, will he ever just make up his mind out joining Skinnygirl or not? I mean, COME ON!!!

Jealousy In Mexico for Bethenny Ever After VIDEO

Man, this season of Bethenny Ever After has been hard to watch. I love Bethenny Frankel and her husband Jason Hoppy so much, but their constant fighting is killing me. And you can see that it’s tearing them apart, too.

Ug… but Bethenny keeps hinting that everything is cool now. So I keep watching hoping to see a reconciliation or something.

Listen, I know being with someone is often harder than being single. Yes, I am still single, so obviously I don’t do relationships very well, or I choose not so good partners. I am just really pulling for Jason and Bethenny.

Tonight, Jason admits that he’s a little jealous of Bethenny’s success, and that he’s been hiding a secret. Oh G-d, what is it??? I don’t think I can take much more.

Video Preview- Bethenny is overwhelmed with Skinnygirl, feels Jason is unlucky to love her on tonight’s Bethenny Ever After

This has been such a roller coaster of a season on Bethenny Ever After. Last week her long time assistant announced that she was leaving, and this week, it’s all drama all the time.

It’s all about TPE people, TPE. *tears per episode*

Bethenny may have sold the Skinnygirl brand to Beam, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a say in the direction of the brand anymore.

We also follow Bethenny to her cover shoot for Self Magazine. I love that the editor tells her that being flawed is a good thing in helping other people. I have to admit, that is what I love about Bethenny. She’s sometimes a mess, but she’s still super successful in her work.

And finally, Bethenny visits her shrink… again. *I may be a former counselor, but I am not a fan of these vignettes. I think they should be off limits to cameras* And girlfriend needs to get over this Jason was unlucky to love me crap. I know that’s harder to do than to say, TRUST ME I KNOW. Relationships are so much more difficult to live in than being single. I just hope that the rumors that they are indeed divorcing are not true. But from the looks of this season, Bethenny is pushing Jason out of the relationship.

Anyway… I’ll be watching tonight xoxo
