She may have taken another tumble from a horse on Saturday, but that won’t keep Madonna from getting her workout on. Tracy Anderson, Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna’s trainer, works her out for two hours a day, and it will keep happening.
“She doesn’t take time off,” said Anderson, whom Gwyneth Paltrow credits with getting her in shape. “I’m just going to modify [the workout] a little bit and get her moving again.”
I guess that’s to be expected considering it was just some bruising. It would take more than a bruise to keep this woman down, like a broken collarbone, wrist and a few ribs.
