Remember when we commented on this photo of Gerard Butler in Cabo with Jennifer Aniston? And how the strap was likely for a shoulder injury? Well, it looks like we were right. Gerard Butler was spotted at a physical therapy center in Los Angeles.
He wasn’t too happy to see his new best friends, the paparazzi, though.
And this was really just an excuse to see Gerard in his swim trunks again.

I know you’re all here to see Gerard Butler shirtless in Cabo. So, you’re welcome. Looks like he’s having a good time chilling in Mexico.
The actor was there to help celebrate Jennifer Aniston’s 41st birthday. And she is looking INSANELY GOOD in these photos. Also there with the costars are Aniston’s good friends Sheryl Crow and Courteney Cox.
And what exactly is he doing in this picture? Anyone?

Paparazzi spotting! The new pass time for celebrities. Jennifer Aniston, Gerard Butler and Sheryl Crow were hanging on their balcony in Cabo, when they spotted the paparazzi! At least Aniston was snapped with her trusty Smart Water at hand! She’s a smart cookie.
(just so you know, the paps were on a BOAT out in the water, nearly a mile from the hotel! That’s a powerful lens!) Why the resort doesn’t have tinted plexi around the balcony, I will never know.
And as for the brace on Gerry’s chest? He probably injured his shoulder. That’s a brace used for separated shoulders. 
Rest up Gerry!

Actress and tabloid darling, Jennifer Aniston headed out of town with some famous friendsfor to celebrate her birthday early. Jen flew down to Cabo, Mexico with Courteney Cox and Sheryl Crow. (Sheryl and Jennifer share the same Feb. 11 birthday).
They all lounged outside the hotel having a great time. But they did spot the paparazzi. Bummer.
Also spotted at the same resort? Jen’s Bounty Hunter co-star Gerard Butler!

THIS is something I have to see. According to Popeater, Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston just finished a very very VERRRRY steamy photoshoot for W Magazine in the desert this past week. (Gerard also talked about it on the red carpet of the Golden Globes this weekend).
So, just HOW STEAMY are these photos?
Jennifer is wearing nothing but sexy silk stockings and lingerie while Gerry (that’s what Jen calls him) is a leather-clad New York City cop in the sexy X-rated pictures that are about to be revealed. Some say the photos will change our image of our best ‘Friend’ forever.
Popeater goes on to say that the shoot with Gerard and Jennifer is-
“the raciest cover that W magazine has ever shot. Far more sexy than the famous Brad and Angelina pictures in bed.”
Now if you remember, W Magazine did that “happy family” shoot with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt before they came out publicly about their relationship. I still have a copy of that in my closet. Brad and Angelina were in a mid century house, with litttle kiddies all around, and rolling around in bed with a gun. Alrighty.
