Lindsay Lohan Might BAIL On Rehab Because Of Cigarettes

I try to stay away from celebrity rumors too much on here as of late, but this whole Lindsay Lohan going to rehab (and/or jail) fiasco is just something I have to talk about. Why? Because as a resident of California I find it both a breath of fresh air and appalling that our legal system is being exposed as the biggest waste of time. Uggg.

Apparently little red haired LL doesn’t want to go to the rehab center she’s signed up for. Why? Because she’s a spoiled brat and she can’t get her way. In less than a day, LL is supposed to arrive at Seafield Center in New York, but she’s looking to get out of it because they won’t let her smoke there. Uhhhh it’s a rehab center, and cigarettes are an addiction, right? Just like booze? Anyway…

Lohan is apparently throwing a diva fit and saying if she can’t have her ciggies like a truck stop waitress then, pshh, she’s not going. Nope she wants to go to Morning Side Recovery here in SoCal. Yeah, she went there a few years ago, too. See how good it is? (Coincidentally, I have been seeing more commercials for Morningside on my junkfood TV shows recently. Maybe they’re offering to comp LL’s “treatment” for exposure?) I do find it odd that she would be able to smoke at Morningside since you can’t smoke anywhere in Socal, not even bars.

Now, LL and her ding bat of a lawyer have not informed the courts in Los Angeles or Santa Monica that she may not be checking in at Seafield Center. Oopsie. But don’t worry, this is California, nothing will happen.

EXPLOSION in San Diego – Meth Lab?

Good-ness! An explosion at a Midway hotel this morning sent three people to the hospital with burns. Authorities are speculating it was a possible Meth Lab. BOOM!

The blast in a guest room at the Heritage Inn in the 3300 block of Channel Way, just south of Interstate 8, was reported at about 11:15 a.m., according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.

Medics treated the victims at the scene and took at least one of them to UCSD Medical Center for treatment of possibly serious burns, a dispatcher said. Emergency personnel, meanwhile, evacuated the third floor of the three- story hotel.

It took crews about 40 minutes to extinguish the fire.

Personnel with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration were called in to investigate firefighters’ suspicion that the explosion resulted from an illicit methamphetamine production setup, DEA spokeswoman Amy Roderick said. [Via KFI]

Can We Talk MJ on The Shahs Of Sunset?

Ok, so I was coming home from my OMG trip to Las Vegas during this week’s Shahs of Sunset. And I am just catching up on the whole drama filled thing.

WTF is up with MJ??? I mean, I understand she has a lot of ish going on in her life. You know, like losing her bff to the new skinny Persian Barbie, and 5 shades of brand new version Asa (yes, I went there). Not to mention her total see you next Tuesday of a mother. But is she really taking her chihuahua’s pills? Valium? WTF!!!

I think that MJ has been my #1 girl on this show since last season, but girl, I hope she gets some help!

Oh and Reza digging through her purse in private is one thing as a friend, but doing it on film is something completely different.

You can’t sue Britney B*tch!

Steaming pile of human poo, Sam Lutfi, had his defamation case against Britney Spears TOSSED OUT OF COURT yesterday. Lufti was claiming that Britney owed him money for being her “manager” during her whole WTF phase a few years ago. Her mom claimed that Lutfi was indeed DRUGGING the pop start to keep control of her. (Do you remember what he said to Lynne Spears about “pissing” on Britney’s grave??“)

Lutfi, 38, a onetime confidante of the singer, sued Britney for unpaid fees, her dad Jamie Spears for allegedly punching him, and mom Lynne Spears for purportedly defaming him in her 2008 book.

“I really thought long and hard about this,” Superior Court Judge Suzanne Bruguera said before dismissing the case. “It’s the right thing to do.”

Jamie’s attorney Leon Gladstone said following the hearing, “We’re delighted, we feel it’s the right result.”

Jamie Spears, who hugged his legal team, declined to comment.

Lutfi appeared emotionless, then said, “I’m going to appeal” after leaving the courtroom. [People]

Of course this flaming pile of turd-dom wasn’t just looking for money from Brit Brit and her family. It is being circulated that he just wanted to get his name back into the press, drag her name through the mud, embarrass Spears and her family, AND get money... allegedly.

I commend the judge for doing to RIGHT thing and tossing out the case. That is RARE here in SoCal the land of frivolous law suits.

Did “Jackass” star Steve-O dump “model/actress” Elisabetta Canalis?

Rumor has it that Steve-O had to stop seeing George Clooney’s former girlfriend due to her partying ways. Steve-O has been working hard on his sobriety since 2008, and dating a party girl just wasn’t something that he could do anymore.

Steve-O dumped Elisabetta over her partying. He is extremely serious about his sobriety and did not want to be dating anyone who could jeopardise that.

“He still really cares about her but can’t risk relapsing back into his old ways, so he had to cut her loose.

“Steve-O wants her to control the partying for her own sake. But, in the meantime he needs to distance himself from her.”[FF]

Dang! That’s not cool at all. But GOOD for him! Sure she’s hot and all, but it’s not worth throwing away your life. Yeah, not even Elisabetta is THAT hot.
