Tony Parker talks about his now public divorce from Eva Longoria

Now that it’s out there FOR REALZ NOW, Tony Parker is talking openly about Eva Longoria filing for divorce.  Or wait, his rep released a statement that “Tony” made regarding the divorce.  Yeah, that’s better.

“Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately,” he says in a statement issued by his rep. “I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.”

Parker, 28, also denied a report – since retracted – that he went to court first.

“I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California,” he says. “We plan to continue to keep our discussions of this matter private.” [PEOPLE]

He did NOT address the rumors (started by Eva’s camp) that he has a wandering eye/pickle.

I don’t know why ANYONE is surprised that these two are splitting.

Christina Aguilera Files For Divorce

The split is official, Christina Aguilera has filed for divorce from her executive husband Jason Bratman.

According to TMZ Xtina filed TODAY….

Holly Madison or Christina Aguilera.

Aguilera cited “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce petition, which was filed today.
The petition says there is a prenup.

Aguilera, who is represented by disso-queen Laura Wasser, lists the date of separation as September 11, 2010.
Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2.
The petition also seeks to terminate Bratman’s ability to get spousal support.

How long before the stories start pouring out about cheating? Come on, even if they’re not true, you know it’s going to happen.

Heidi Montag leaves Spencer Pratt!

I guess Heidi Montag is coming out from the haze. TMZ is reporting that The Hills star is leaving her husband, Spencer Pratt.

Heidi’s rep tells TMZ, “Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls. She’s tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career.”

Spencer was also Heidi’s “manager” for a while until she fired him.

This breaks my heart. Yes, I know they are both complete and total media whores, but I feel bad for Heidi. I really hope this is a step in a positive direction for her.
