The Food – Cinco De Mayo Taco Recipes!

Tacos Three Ways

Few things say “Fiesta” more than a table full of taco fixings. Whole national taco day is in October, that does not mean that we cannot use these three recipes for Cinco de Mayo.
FishTacos
FUNDIDO FIESTA FLATS – Fun finger food version of tacos, these little boats are filled with cheesey goodness. Um, yes please, can you just keep bringing these out on a conveyor? Thanks!

ZESTY FISH TACOS WITH CABBAGE AND TANGERINE SLAW – These are our favorite! The tangy tangerine slaw with the fish is simply delicious. Add a little chili powder and lime juice and you are all set.

SPINACH, CARAMELIZED ONION AND BLACK BEAN TACOS – Not into fish tacos but still want to have something that will surprise your guests? We understand. This is a great taco, or even burrito, recipe sure to please. You don’t even have to be a vegetarian to appreciate these veggie filled tacos.
