The California justice system strikes again. Lindsay Lohan checked herself into a Los Angeles county jail at 9PM Sunday night, and was released 4 hours later due to “overcrowding”.

According to People Magazine -

Lohan, 25, had checked herself into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., after she was sentenced to 30 days in jail last week after admitting she violated probation in her DUI and necklace-theft cases.
She must now walk an extremely thin tightrope, working an additional 53 days of janitorial duty at the L.A. morgue and attending 18 more psychotherapy sessions, all by the end of March.
If she slips up, she could face an additional 270-day jail sentence, although she could be released early for overcrowding in that scenario as well.

The judge in this case HAS to be PISSED!! 4 hours out the 30 days? And don’t go crying celebrity justice. This happens all the GD time her in Cali. I dropped someone off at jail to serve two months and she was out in 3 hours due to “over crowding”. She didn’t learn her lesson, either.

Once a hot drug soaked mess, always a drug soaked mess? Goodness I hope not, but it looks like Tom Sizemore still has work that needs to be done.

The actor, and Heidi Fleiss’ ex, was arrested early this morning [September 20] during a drug bust in Los Angeles.

Authorities went to the apartment building as part of an ongoing drug investigation; Sizemore happened to be there, and when police ran his record, they found an outstanding battery warrant, and immediately took him into custody.

He’s being held on $26, 000 bail. [Radar]

Sizemore has had a history of drug and legal issues. He even appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. He was also charged with domestic violence in 2003 against Fleiss.

Hopefully things aren’t as bad as they seem.

Suprise! Lindsay Lohan broke her parole by drinking and is headed back to court today.

TMZ is saying that LL pop on a test for booze either June 12 or 13. Huh, that’s the same day she had that party on her rooftop with all those friend. Interesting.

This is despite LL telling Life and Style in this week’s edition:

“When my friends come over, they’re not drinking,” she notes. “Alcohol is not in my house, so it’s just not a part of my life.”

You would think that being an actress, she wouldn’t be such a terrible liar.

Now, the parole violation is for her ORIGINAL DUI years ago! NOT the necklace theft. But she will get getting hit for that as well! The L.A. City Attorney (handling the necklace theft case) wants her house arrest privilege taken from her and to have her thrown in jail. (for a whole 10 minutes I’m sure).

Lindsay Lohan has been found in violation of her parole was sentenced to 120 days in jail and is now in custody!

This is after the judge in the case decreased the charges to a misdemeanor from a felony.

Lindsay’s lawyer is trying to get her out on bail as we speak.

Lindsay Lohan actually made it to the court hose this morning!  She and her lawyers tried to get her hearing postponed due to her new found religiosity (it IS Good Friday after all).

The hearing today seems to be focused just how expensive the necklace is.  If it is over $2,000 like the jewelry store claims, the alleged theft is a felony.  If it is only $800 as the defense claims, it’s a misdemeanor.
