Remember the blond neighbor girl that almost got it on with Kevin Spacey in American Beauty? Well, she’s 32, now, and getting her second divorce.

Mena Suvari is divorcing her 25 year old husband concert promoter Simone Sestito who she married in 2010. Oh, did I mention they got married at a church in the Vatican?

According to the divorce papers, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court by Mena’s attorney Mark Gross, Mena is blaming the split on “irreconcilable differences.”

Mena wants the judge to PREVENT Simone from getting spousal support. She also wants the judge to change her name back from Mena Suvari-Sestito to good, ol’ Mena Suvari.

In the docs, Mena lists the date of separation as Nov. 1, 2011. The two have no children together. [TMZ]

Suvari was married before, for 5 years to to cinematographer Robert Brinkmann. What I want to know is if she got the first marriage annulled according to the Catholic Church otherwise how did she get married at the Vatican???

Is there trouble brewing for one of entertainment’s happiest unmarried couples? If Radar Online is right, there certainly is for Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis.

“Johnny isn’t handling anything well right now,” a source close to the Pirates of the Caribbean star told RadarOnline.com.

“People around him are worried about how Johnny is doing because he and Vanessa seem so fractured right now. Their relationship is heading toward the end.”

… “Johnny has started reaching out to lawyers, probably to quietly discuss how to get out of the relationship. They’re not married but they’ve been together for years and have kids together so it isn’t as easy as just breaking up,” the source said.

The couple have been together for about 15 years (holy cow!) and have two children together.

Johnny Depp really been showing he’s not all that likeable recently in interviews. (Most memorable being defending Roman Polanski’s *alleged* rape) I wouldn’t doubt if he’s back to some of his “wild child” ways of drinking too much and being a general self centered jerk.

Then again I could be wrong, and none of this is true. But I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how this turns out.

Somehow Angelina Jolie will be blamed for this. Just you wait and see.

Actually, it’s probably his now ex-wife Robyn who’s counting her blessings on this one. As of Friday, December 23, Robyn and Mel Gibson are divorced after being married for nearly 30 years. It has taken them TWO YEARS to finalized this whole mess. Robyn first filed in 2009 when it came out that Mel’s girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, was expecting her baby girl with Mel. (and we all know how that freak show turned out)

It is said that the divorce is amicable, and that the couple had originally split shortly after Mel’s imfamous DUI arrest in 2007!!

So what took so long to get the divorce taken care of? It was the division of assets as Mel was said to worth between $650-$800 million. And there was NO PRENUP!! Ho-ly cow!

At least they can both move on, now. Robyn, the mother of Mel’s SEVEN children, is going back to her maiden name of Moore. Good for you girl! And now he can screw around that downward spiral with anyone he wants. Move, on.
