Songstress and eye wear designer Lisa Loeb is expecting her second baby with hubby SNL writer Roey Hershkovitz! Their first daughter, Lyla is already 2.

“I grew up with a big family, so I’m excited for Lyla to have a sibling!” Loeb tells PEOPLE.

Loeb is out on tour for her children’s album but she does what she can to make things work.

“It’s a little bit of a challenge to try to balance my work with my family, but my family comes first,”

E! Online is leading the pack in over sharing saying -

Beyoncé and Jay-Z welcomed a daughter Saturday night in New York, the little one’s arrival coming via scheduled C-section, mutliple sources confirm to E! News

As for the name? Blue Ivy Carter! (but some outlets are saying Ivy Blue Carter) Congratulations to the new parents.

They dated for years, but now that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are married are they aching to have kids?

“I don’t think there’s necessarily any timetable for it,” Nick told PEOPLE while at Tostitos’ Party with a Purpose to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters.

“We’re definitely excited about being parents at some point, but I think whenever that happens, we’ll embrace it and be excited for it,” says the singer, 38. “There’s no real sense of urgency at this point.”

Good for them. I mean, they were married this year, just take it easy. No need to rush into something just as life altering as kids!!

It seems that someone has been taking “How To Raise Your Children” lessons from me. Not that I have EVER played Notorious B.I.G. for any of the kids I was babysitting, Ok, yes I have. BIG, Snoop, a little NIN here and there… but I figure if they can’t talk yet, no one can rat me out.

AnyImABadBabysitter, this baby is pretty bad ass, and we know who to start checking out when the principal’s daughter go missing and is found tied up in the basement. I’m just sayin’.

What’s that dad going to do when she ends up being one of the girls in the videos? They are creating their own monster, aren’t they.

He has a point, you know. Baby G is already muggin’ for the camera like “Yo moms what up? yeah I got this” As long as she doesn’t have Superhead on speed dial, I think we’re safe.

I do have to say that the entire time watching Baby G get her groove on, I kept thinking of Ross and Rachel on Friends with baby Emma. Sir Mix-a-lot anyone?
