First it was 90210, now it’s Melrose Place. All the 90s hit dramas are coming back to life, in weird unrecognizable ways. I was too young to understand Melrose when it first came out (and it was on too late) but I was a 90210 fan
Clips from The New Melrose Place, which will be playing on the CW, have been released (leaked?) and I might have to watch, just for the giggles.
I think they picked up the people who wanted to be soap opera stars but didn’t get the gig. It’s the same style of pause, pose, speak acting. I must say though, that Ashlee Simpson seems to be the most experienced and believable actor in the clips. She does have an acting past, so I’m sure it wasn’t too hard to get back into the swing.
So what about you dear muffins? Will you be watching?
Momma Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is working hard! She brings baby Bronx Wentz to work with her on the set of the new Melrose Place. Hate all you want, but I think Ashlee is an OK actor. Just as good as the rest that are on television right now. Not that that statement is really saying anything, but whatever.
So the question is this: Would having your baby at work be a distraction to you? Or would you feel better knowing they were nearby?

WOOT! Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are now the parents of a baby boy. Bronx Mowgli Wentz, was 7 lbs., 11 oz. and measured 20.5″. Bronx Mowgli Wentz was born at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in LA yesterday, November 20th.
“Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!” a spokesperson tells PEOPLE.
