Ok, I love this new Gaiam TV. LOVE. IT! It’s like Netflix, but with health and wellness videos.
With Gaiam TV, I can take all my favorite yoga videos with me to work without loading down a back pack full of DVDs! Yes, I am lucky enough that I can do yoga on my down time at work. I’d love to do a Jillian Michaels 30 Minute Shred, but I don’t think my coworkers and clients would appreciate me being THAT sweaty and out of breath.
