What was it like to be a part of an exclusive event in Las Vegas at the hottest new club in one of the hippest hotels on the strip? I was asked to cover the Las Vegas Spin Off held in one of Marquee’s private club rooms at The Cosmopolitan for HaveUHeard.Net, so I got to find out first hand.

Fans have been packing into Manhattan’s Al Hirschfeld Theatre since February for their chance to see Harry Potter‘s Daniel Radcliffe in the Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and most have been pleasantly surprised at his versatility; he has adding singing and dancing to his list of documented talents (right under the Patronus Charm and Quidditch).

As Radcliffe has proven to be a huge box office draw, the production will welcome a couple of other hot young stars to the show upon his departure. Appearing in a limited engagement from January 3rd to the 22nd, singer/songwriter and breakout star of Glee Darren Criss will assume the lead role of J. Pierrepont Finch (a funny coincidence since he played another Radcliffe role in his viral spoofs A Very Potter Musical and A Very Potter Sequel). No doubt Gleeks everywhere will be scrambling for tickets to those shows.

But if fans can’t score tickets for those three weeks, they need only wait until January 24th, when Nick Jonas of The Jonas Brothers will begin performances (hold for teenage girl screams). Though Nick is best known for his work with the family band, he is actually a Broadway veteran, having appeared since the age of 7 in such shows as A Christmas Carol, Annie Get Your Gun, Beauty and the Beast, and Les Miserables. In 2010, he made his London debut as Marius in Les Mis, performing in the West End production and the 25th Anniversary Concert. Most recently, he played teen heartthrob Link Larkin in the Hollywood Bowl production of Hairspray. At only 19, Nick has already got quite the resume and he is still on the rise. Somehow I don’t think he’ll have any trouble portraying Finch’s meteoric rise to the top in How to Succeed. If anyone knows how to succeed, he does.

I can barely get ONE date to go with me to the local Kirkorian Theatre here in town, but George Clooney had an overflowing selection on hand at the “Ides Of March” premiere in NYC. George, who stars in, wrote and directed the movie brought his parents, Nina and Nick Clooney, with him to keep him company.

“I do [have two dates] – my mom and dad,” the actor told Access Hollywood.[via People]
“My mom – I don’t want to say it, but she’s really drunk, so try not to talk to her,” Clooney, 50, joked. “She slurs and stuff comes out of her mouth – it’s really bad.”

If you didn’t know Clooney’s sense of humor, he was (more than likely) joking about his mom being blitzed.

You and I may be quite pleased to see the outcome, but Vancouver Canucks hockey player, Ryan Kesler, has already received a good natured ribbing from his team mates for his naked photo in ESPN’s Body Issue.

“I think everybody has seen it by now,” defenceman Kevin Bieksa(notes) said. “It’s on the wallpaper on one of the computers in the [players'] lounge, so it’s out there now. I don’t think he is ever going to live this one down.” [yahoo]

And now, Kesler is the brunt of Vancouver based women’s yoga clothing giant LuluLemon’s spoof. Ambassador, Erin Anderson, stripped down to do her own spoof of Kesler’s ESPN pose and it’s all over the LuluLemon website.

I really hope he has a good sense of humor about this, because it’s kind of awesome.

Ahhh, remember the days when a certain celebrity blogger (not me) said that he was going to stop being a bully? He even wrote a book for CHILDREN about not bullying a little boy with pink hair. Isn’t that cute? Too bad it was all just for press.

Well it seems this celebrity blogger is at it again, and this time, his victim is Lindsay Lohan. I hate to come to LL’s defense EVER, but it seems she needs someone in her corner this time.

Check out just what went down between the bullying blogger and Lindsay Lohan earlier this week. Ugg.

So much for not being a bully. Now he’s a hypocrite, too. We all know it was just a ploy to look better in other media outlets and to get people to forget that he’s just a bully deep down. (Remember him getting his a$$ beat because he called someone the F word? NOT COOL)
