Raise your juice glasses, Jack LaLanne has headed off to the great gymnasium in the sky.

His agent said that LaLanne passed away due to pneumonia earlier today, Sunday Jan. 23, at his home in Morro Bay, California.

You may have seen him most recently on his infomercial for the Jack LaLanne Juicer, but Jack has been a staple in the fitness world for decades! He brought his fitness show to the American public in the 1950s-1970s, LONG before working out was popular.

Here’s to you Jack.

If you are just north of San Diego today, avoid the coast!   The Carlsbad Marathon and Half Marathon are both underway this morning.

This is the first time in 5 YEARS that I have not participated and I am itching to be out there.

Good luck to all the runners today!!!

Oh and between Madonna’s Confession on a Dance Floor and Gwen Stefani, the marathons were my own private party

Oh LOooooorrrrd get ready for it y’all.  NeNe and Kim are going fist to cuffs again. These frenemies just need to either cut off all ties or give it up already.

When NeNe and Kim finally get off the tour bus to meet the rest of the ‘wives in Miami, they both go off the rails with round 3 of their dramatic back & forth.  Will the group manage to calm down a hot-headed Kim and NeNe or is this the end of the road with their friendship – once and for all?  And when Kandi starts asking Cynthia about her upcoming nuptials during a group lunch, Cynthia breaks down at the thought of her stalled wedding plans.  Will she be able to confide her and Peter’s financial troubles to the girls?

This is super stylist to the stars Rachel Zoe 71/2 months pregnant. No I’m not joking.

I know she’s sporting wide leg trousers and a blazer but trust me, there’s a baby boy to be in there … somewhere.

If she put one of her giant purses in front of her, there would be NO WAY that I would say she was PREGNANT.
