Song writer/singer John Mayer may be off twitter, but he still likes to share on his blog one forty plus. And today, Mayer is in the Christmas spirit, and it’s a giving one at that.

Happy Holidays

When you see a string of lights in some perfect sequence of colors,

or when you hear a Christmas song that makes you joyful and somber at the same time,

that’s the work of dozens of Holiday memories coming together.

That’s the collective memory of many Holidays’ past.

There are kids out there who deserve to live long enough to have many years of memories, and they’re fighting every day to do so.

Help them live the best and longest lives they can by donating to the Blythedale Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, NY.

It’s just a few days before Christmas, and if you really want to get in the spirit, I promise you you’ll have it completely if you give not to just friends and family, but to those who are less fortunate.
