It’s true, tabloid star Jessica Simpson is no long playing hokey pokey with a married man.  Her boyfriend, Eric Johnson, is a free man…. from his wife that is.

According to papers, their five-year marriage officially ended Oct. 7.
They cited irreconcilable differences for the split; neither will receive spousal support at this time.

It’s a boy for Alicia Keys! The singer welcomed her first child, October 14th, with husband Swizz Beats.

The singer and her husband, Swizz “Kaseem Dean” Beatz, “joyfully welcomed their first child,” son Egypt Daoud Dean, on Oct. 14 in New York City, reps for the couple confirm in a statement to PEOPLE.

This is the couple’s first child, though Egypt “is welcomed by Beatz’s three other children,” the statement adds.

Have Jesse James and Kat von D called it quits already? Word is, from celebrity friendly People Magazine no less, that Kat von D has already tired of flying back and forth to Austin to see Jesse James. She’s grown soooo tired, that she’s already moved on, or back, to other men.

A snitch of some sort, says that Kat was spotted with her former flame, Nikki Sixx at a concert a few days ago, getting lovey.

On Oct. 5 during a Slash concert at the House of Blues, Von D was seen hanging out in the V.I.P. section with her ex-boyfriend Nikki Sixx. “They were on the balcony chatting and ended up disappearing together,” a source tells PEOPLE. “They were acting pretty cozy and chummy.”

I wouldn’t doubt Kat and Nikki getting back together. They were even more public about dating than she and Jesse have been.

But someone also says that she was flirting it up with Bam Margera at the Jackass movie premier. Oh and Nikki was there, as well!

This week, Von D was “smiling and flirting over an intimate dinner” at the Redbury Hotel’s Cleo restaurant in Hollywood, with rumored former love interest Bam Margera. “They were being very sweet to each other,” an onlooker says. “They didn’t hang around for long, and after a quick cigarette break, they made a dash for the exit.”

A source says Von D and Margera, who is married, “are not more than friends.” They both attended Wednesday night’s Jackass 3D premiere in L.A., where Von D once again spent time with her ex, Nikki Sixx.

So does this mean that Jesse and Kat are dunzo? I wouldn’t doubt it. She wasn’t getting enough “fun” press out of Jesse. Nikki is a lot less problem press. But that’s just me being cynical.
