Lindsay Lohan will be back with her favorite accessory, the SCRAM bracelet. LL must be fitted for her very own (for the third time) within 24 hours. There are also terms of her release…

she is not allowed to be around known drug users … and must submit to search by law enforcement at any time. Also, nightclubs will be a major no-no … Linds has to stay out of places where alcohol is the “chief item of sale.”[TMZ]

Hmmm, so I wonder if that includes the Chateau Marmont, or anywhere else in Los Angeles for that matter….

No sooner did I snuggle in for the night knowing someone in the court system took a hard stand, than did I read that Lindsay Lohan was getting out of jail!!! WHAT THE…?

Judge Fox ruled earlier today … Lindsay could be held without bail. But apparently the Judge’s ruling flies in the face of California law, which gives defendants the right to bail in misdemeanor cases.

Judge Patricia Schnegg, Assistant Supervising Judge for the L.A. County Criminal Courts, just threw Judge Fox’s bail decision out the window. Judge Schnegg has set bail at $300,000.

Lindsay, who is in Lynwood Jail right now, should get out soon … probably in a few hours. [TMZ]

ARRRGGGG!!!! This is just infuriating. Because you KNOW she’s not going to serve a damn day in jail after her hearing next month either.

Where will Lohan be partying tonight? Anyone? I say STK. Or Magnolia.

Well, who knew!  Chronic probation offender, Lindsay Lohan, WAS SENT TO JAIL today.  LL showed up to court looking quite spiffy, only to be handcuffed in court, and taken away in an awaiting car.   It seems that TMZ’s call that LL getting away with no time behind bars was off target!

Now, LL is not serving the 30 days for breaking probation.  Nope. This time she is spending in jail is so the court can keep a hold of her until she has her hearing for breaking probation, for the second time.  This makes sense because of her past of going over seas and someone “stealing” her passport.  LL could just up and leave if she was given bail. So, she will sit in a cell until her hearing next month.

Taking her shaking hips to David Letterman, Shakira played friendly with her fans.   The Colombian beauty took pics with her cell phone and waved to the crowd as she entered the studio.  Inside, she performed her newest single, “Loca” for the audience.

Can we talk about the gold lame’ pants? I mean, it completely works for her, on stage, espeically with those abs, but I’m afraid we will be having a lot of Judy Tenuta’s running around thinking that they’re fab-u-lous in their gold slacks.
