Poor poor Kathy Griffin. As we told you earlier today, Kathy’s former “lover” Levi Johnston is “engaged” to marry baby-momma Bristol Palin. They announced their plans US Magazine even before telling their parents (including Sarah Palin!).

And, it seems, Levi didn’t even have the courtesy to tell Kathy.  Poor poor Kathy. (watch her show My Life On The D List Tuesday nights on Bravo)

Watch her cry her little Emmy winning eyes out over whateverhisnameis in Playgirl.

I wonder if she will ever… get over this.
