Dang it Bret Michaels! You made me cry. The Poison rocker, who suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage, and spent 10 days in the ICU, talked to People Magazine about what was going through his mind. Hint, it was all about his daughters.

In the emergency room, the rocker – dad to Raine, 9, and Jorja, 5 – recalls being asked by a doctor if he had kids, and the doctor telling him to have them brought to the hospital. “And I said in these exact words, ‘Am I dying? If I’m dying, I want to see my kids, but if I have a chance, I don’t want them to see me in this condition.’ “[via People]

Bret is expected to make a FULL FREAKING RECOVERY from his hemorrhage. He is one of the lucky 10-20 percent who make that recovery.  He is currently in a rehab facility to help facilitate his work toward the new normal.

You know, some people are talking A LOT of smack about Bret Michaels. Saying that if he really cared about his daughters he wouldn’t have gone on those GAWD AWFUL shows Rock Of Love and Tour Bus of Love on VH1. So many skanky women showing poor examples for his girls. But you know what, it’s all for show. Those “reality” shows are not even close to being real life. Hopefully daddy Bret told his girls this is how a real woman DOESN’T act. And that he did the show to take care of THEM.
