It’s a busy morning for Sandra Bullock! Not only did she announce that she had adopted a baby boy, Louis Bardo Bullock, in JANUARY, but she told People that she has filed for a divorce.

“Yes, I have filed for divorce,” the actress, 45, tells PEOPLE in the latest issue, in which she also reveals she has adopted a son, 3½-month-old Louis.

A rep for Bullock confirms the star filed legal papers seeking to end her marriage, but declines to specify in what jurisdiction they are filed. Says Bullock of her decision to divorce: “I’m sad and I am scared.”

What a mix of emotions for Sandra. A wonderful baby boy, an Oscar win, but now a terrible divorce. But good for her for moving on with her NEW family!

Talk about a SECRET!  Even with all this digging into her personal life due to son to be ex-husband Jesse James’ affairs, Oscar winner Sandra Bullock has managed to keep her SON a secret.  FOR 3 MONTHS!!!

Sandra adopted a baby boy from New Orleans and she is now showing off little Louis Bardo Bullock on the cover of People Magazine! (See the adorable little boy on the cover HERE!)

Bullock reveals exclusively in the new issue of PEOPLE that she is the proud mother of Louis Bardo Bullock, a 3½-month-old boy, born in New Orleans.
“It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives,” Bullock, 45, says. She and husband Jesse James, 41, began the adoption process four years ago and brought Louis home in January but decided to keep the news to themselves until after the Oscars.
Their close friends and family – including James’s children Sunny, 6, Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15 – were essential in keeping the adoption a secret.

And according to the cover of the magazine, she HAS moved on and is getting a divorce from Jesse James.

Kudos to Sandra for keeping this a secret.  She could have completely used her new love for son as a tool for her Oscar push.  ESPECIALLY considering the theme of The Blind Side.  But she didn’t.   THAT is class.
