BBB favorite, Mariska Hargitay, has left the cold cold world of NYC behind this week for the sun and sand of St. Barts.  Doesn’t that look lovely?  She’s rockin’ the swim suit with the coverup.  Love that Mariska is wearing a fedora as a sun hat!

Alexander McQueen was found dead in his London apartment earlier this week.

CNN reporter, Anderson Cooper is being sued by an interior designer who fell through a hole in his new firehouse in NYC. Killan O’Brien is claiming she fell 17 feet through a hole that was unmarked to the floor below.

In a lawsuit, filed in November in state Supreme Court in Manhattan, Killan O’Brien, of Brooklyn, alleges that she fell “through an uncovered and unguarded floor opening approximately seventeen (17) feet to the floor below”.
O’Brien states in the suit she, “has suffered severe and permanent personal injuries to her body” after the incident on September 22.
She is seeking unspecified damages. [Via Radar]

I know this is tragic, and terrible that she fell 17 feet and got hurt, but she wasn’t looking where she was going on a construction site? You cannot go onto a site and NOT pay attention!
