George Clooney NOT Leaving Italy

Earlier today, the big news was that George Clooney was SICK AND TIRED of all the paps around his home on Lake Como, Italy. So, h e was packing it all up and high tailing it to his own island. Alrighty. Too bad it wasn’t true.
The man himself made a statement.
“To complete the news cycle: I am not buying an island and am not selling my house in Italy. The story was made up, then picked up and now denied. End of another riveting day of false news,”[via People]
I almost hate that he’s funny and poignant at the same time.
