He may have passed away, but Roy Orbison has finally be honored on the Hollywood Walk of fame!
Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Roy Orbison was honored posthumously today with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. His wife, Mrs. Barbara Orbison, was on-hand for the ceremony and for the presentation of the 2,400th star located close-by to fellow Traveling Wilbury, George Harrison’s star as well as close to friend, John Lennon’s star in front of the Capitol records building.
It is amazing to see all Orbison’s friends who came out to see this! I was wondering why Jeff Lynne was there, but then I remembered Jeff and Roy were in the Traveling Wilbury’s together!
Also attending, David Lynch (who uses Orbison’s music in almost every film he makes. Remember the opera scene in Mulholland Drive?), Chris Isaak (and his little dog, too), Joe Walsh, Olivia Harrison, Phil Everly, Eric Idle, T-Bone Burnett and Dwight Yoakam. Dan Aykroyd gave the induction speech.
Man, if I didn’t have a “real” job besides this one, I would so have been there to see all of these legends together to honor Roy!

Matthew McConaughey took to his website to show off the first photo of his daughter, Vida, with girlfriend Camila Alves.

Not in the photo is the couples first child, their son Levi.
Life & Style is claiming to have all the secrets behind how Jennifer Garner lost a lot of weight. She went from a size 6 to 0! A 0!!!!
“She’s a size 0 now,” an insider says about Jen, who has two daughters, Violet, 4, and Seraphina, 13 months, with hubby Ben Affleck. “She used to be a size 6.” That means after having her second child, Jen dropped the baby weight and more — which was tough to do the first time, she’s said. “I just wasn’t that motivated,” Jen said about taking time to lose the weight after Violet’s birth.
“Then I got on the treadmill, stopped stuffing my face and lost the weight. I cut out croissants, bagels and muffins — all the good stuff — and went back to having a salad once a day and protein.”
She must be on that treadmill all the time, and eating only that little salad. Because for an already thin woman, to be considered THIN in Hollywood, you have to be SKINNY. Even if she looks “normal” in photos, trust me, these women are TINY in real life.
Oh, and just so you know, Jen’s stylist, is the super thin Rachel Zoe. I’m not saying losing a ton of weight is related to her stylist, I’m just making conversation
Hugh Grant has taken his movie, Did You Hear About The Morgans, on the road to Italy. Doing his duty as lead actor, Hugh showed up looking very attractive at the photocall.
Reportedly, though, we may be seeing LESS of Hugh (that would make me really sad). He may be taking time off to write!
He said: ‘I have always promised myself that when I have made some nice films and earned some money, I’m going to write a novel.’
A source said: ‘Hugh Grant used to guarantee bums on seats at the cinemas, but he just can’t pull in as many punters as younger stars.’
I think if it was about the money, Hugh would have taken time off long before now. Maybe he just wants to golf more?
