Cycling legend, Lance Armstrong, sent out a Christmas photo of his family over his twitter account.

Lance is currently on a little Hawaiian vay-cay with the family, but he’s training while he’s there.

Merry Christmas gossip lovers, Charlie Sheen is your new Santa. The Two and A Half Men star was booked in Aspen, Colorado on charges of for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief.

Charlie’s rep just wants us all to know that we should not judge the situation based on the fabulous mug shot above.

“Do not be misled by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.”

So what happened? It’s being said his wife Brooke called the cops Christmas mornings aying Charlie choked her! eek! That’s terrible.

But now, Brooke recanted her story, so who’s to believe what happened? Oh, and Brooke was a little drunk when she called the cops. Uhoh.

Sources say authorities gave both Charlie and Brooke blood alcohol tests. Brooke registered a .13 while Charlie registered a .04. By the way, the 911 call came in at 8:34 AM on Christmas day.

We’re also told Brooke recanted her story to a female officer just before the bail hearing, telling the cop she was drunk when she made the 911 call. Nevertheless, law enforcement sources say police will still pursue the case — at least for now.

Charlie has posted bail, but will be due in court on February 8th.

I say if he did it, throw the book at him.

If she’s lying, throw the book at her!

If you watch cycling at all you know who this is. Phil Ligget has been covering the Cycling circuit on Versus for what seems forever.

He is currently in Anglesey, Wales with his family, but will be headed to Australia for the Tour of Australia very very soon.

So, You and I may be sitting at the dining room table, throwing back cocktails to make spending time with the family palatable, but the stars get to pick and choose where they will be today.

US Weekly asked the stars what they will be up to and here’s their plans!

New Moon’s Peter Facinelli “I’m shooting [Showtime's] Nurse Jackie right now, so I’m going to be in New York until December 19th. Thankfully my wife [Jennie Garth] is holding down the fort at home. She called me today and said, ‘I got the Christmas shopping done for so-and-so.’ I was like, ‘You’re a godsend because I have no time to go Christmas shopping this year.’ My home is in LA, so I’m going to go back to LA and spend a nice, quiet Christmas there.”

Robert DeNiro “I’d like to think of myself as being lucky in that area with my kids and my family. My wife, my family, we all try to keep together on the holidays.”

Shayne Lamas “I am going to fly back Christmas day because my mom and dad will go nuts if I’m not home.”

Emiliy Blunt “I’m going home to London for Christmas. My sister and I are going to do Christmas Eve. We’re going to cook Christmas Eve. I think we’re going to do a Julia Child extravaganza.”

Singer Keri Hilson “I will be home in Atlanta with my family. Just after coming back, I go to Germany and then to Japan. I’m home just in time for my mother’s birthday.”

Dancing With the Stars’ Mark Ballas “I’ll be going to Houston to see my grandparents and my family. We have a big family of 25, so I’ll just be relaxing and spending time with them for the holidays!”

Paula Abdul “I’m definitely going to go away.”
