Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have given up on their relationship. And it’s being reported by People Magazine so it must be true. Those suckers don’t print anything without an affidavit from a lawyer and blood test.

No further details were given.
Witherspoon, 33, and Gyllenhaal, 28, costarred in the 2007 movie Rendition, after which rumors started flying about them as an off-screen couple.

OhforPITYSAKE, BB. You KNOW their relationship was all a sham. Reese was Jakey’s beard. It behooved her so that her little perfect name wasn’t dragged through the dirt (like Aniston’s) when her cheating husband dumped her ass. AND, it sorta (but not really) kept Jake’s gay rumors at bay. I read weeks ago about a couple who would be breaking up and using the “conflicting schedules” excuse.
