Sarasota Man Vs Food Mystery Challenge VIDEO

It doesn’t sound like a good thing when the man who made a whole television series about eating all sorts of food, in large quantities, is doing a “mystery challenge”.  Man Versus Food won’t tell us what tonight’s challenge is!  The only clue we get from Adam Richman’s trip to Sarasota is that the owner of the 4:20 Cafe is that the owner wouldn’t eat it.

The other restaurants Adam visits seem much more inviting.

Adam’s first stop is to The Old Salty Dog on City Island to try their specialty, which he describes as the “hungry man’s holy grail”. This is a foot-long hot dog, covered in beer batter, and then fried. Oh, but that’s not all…you can get it with the works (cheese, onions, and bacon). Oh super yum!

Next, Adam visits Yoder’s Restaurant to feast on their Amish comfort food and amazing pies. Adam hunkers down to some fried chicken and their famous peanut butter cream pie. Um, yes please!
