The rainy weather is effecting everything in NYC.  Lindsay Lohan, who had been going leg naked lately, has returned to her own line of leggings! Did she get her lips done again?  Doesn’t that HURT?!?!?

I am just going to go ahead and assume that LL is in NYC right now for Fashion Week.  Gawd knows she can get in.  Especially now that she has teamed up with Ungaro as a “creative consultant”.

The best part of LL wearing her leggings in the rain in NYC?  No accidental/on purpose peekaboo!
