This really bums us out. But, while we were at the Reality Cares Event a few weeks ago, we were able to speak with star of Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches on the Travel Channel, Bridget Marquardt.
BusyBeeBlogger was able to ask Bridget if there would be a second season of BSB, and she told us, “it was only supposed to be for one season.” (enter my disappointed look here) “But you never know!”
Well, not we know. Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches will NOT be returning for new episodes on the Travel Channel.
Bridget had a blast traveling to the world’s sexiest beaches; however, we will no longer be airing new episodes. Thank you for your support this season!

What very recognizable actor was recently seen having a happy time at an industry event? Rumor has it, the actor, who may have had a few speakeasy concoctions, kept introducing himself to the ladies as James Bond. This got a few giggles from the sober ones, and full on fawning from the not so sober bunnies. Let’s just hope he got home safely, he really was a very cordial and polite man.

About this week’s episode:
Adam Richman’s first stop in San Francisco is in the Mission District, which was heavily influenced by Mexican immigrants. What better than to hit up the “mecca for burrito lovers”, Taqueria La Cumbre? This restaurant has been said to have invented the mission-style burrito in 1969 that hundreds of restaurants now mimic. Adam his own meat fiesta, complete with sombrero and mustache.
Next up is Ike’s Place, which is said to have “Golden Gate City’s best sandwich”. This place has over 200 sandwich combos, all with unique names. (My personal favorite is “We’re Just Friends”). Here Adam watches owner Ike create The Kryptonite, which has 13 ingredients including: 5 different meats, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, onion rings, and avocado. All I can say is…WOW!
Adam’s main challenge is sickingly sweet in this episode. He hits up the San Francisco Creamery to take on The Kitchen Sink challenge. Here’s what he has in store: 8 scoops of ice cream, 8 servings of whipped cream, and 8 different toppings. Adam gets to choose his 3 favorite flavors of ice cream (think it’ll help?). He has to complete the entire sundae, including any melted leftovers, in 1 hour. Only 4 people before him have finished.

The cast of Gossip Girl were spotted out in New York filming the newest season. Might I say that Hilary Duff is looking OMG good in that bandage style dress? Who knew that was beneath the girl next door??
But the BIG Scoop on the next season? Ed Westwick is filming a gay kissing scene!! Apparently his character, Chuck Bass, gets smoochie with actor Neal Bledsoe.
Bledsoe reportedly plays an NYU administrator who is looking for a student to give the freshman speech. Leighton Meester’s character, Blair Waldorf, reportedly sets Bass up with him to boost her chances at getting the gig.
The Chuck Bass character had flings with men and women in the Gossip Girl books by Cecily von Ziegesar, but this will be his first gay encounter on the show.
Nothing like being a pimp to further your career. Ah yeah that’s what I remember from college. Setting my friends up with administrators to get great padding on my resume. That and charging the professors for dates with my roommate. Hey a girl’s got to do right?
Is anyone really “shocked” by a gay kiss at this point on TV? Especially from a show like Gossip Girl? I’m sure the “outrage” that is due to come will only fuel more viewers. Just like it did when the OMFG ads came out.
