The media lovers, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt made their way to Good Day LA, to promote…uh, well, themselves. The twosome from MTV’s The Hills, talked about everything from Jody Brenner getting into a fight with Joe Francis (read here), Heidi’s performance at Miss Universe, her new album, their wedding, and of course her appearance in Playboy.
I must be one of the only people who don’t mind these two. Ok, it’s Heidi I don’t mind. She’s kind of cute, and a little naive. I mean, they got hella lucky to be on that “Reality” show on MTV, and they are milking it for everything it’s got. And I say get it! It’s not going to last forever.

After having the premier of her new movie “All About Steve” in Hollywood this week,(photos here)Sandra Bullock and her family are getting out of town. Sandra husband Jesse James and his daughter Sunny, were all waiting in security to take of from LAX airport yesterday (August 27). Sandy and Jesse even snuck in a few loving touches and kisses while in line. I guess that’s one way to make the waiting easier to take.
Uhoh, it seems that Lindsay Lohan is in trouble for some missing jewelry, once again. Lindsay was loaned some very pricey jewels from the Beverly Hills store, XIV Karats, over two months ago. The high profile jeweler has yet to receive the baubles back. Lindsay is saying that these were some of the things that were stolen in that break in earlier this week.
“Lindsay claimed that they had been stolen from her safe,” “They’ve disappeared. XIV are not happy about it.
“The jewels were in Lindsay’s care and they were only on a loaner, they were expected to be returned. If something is not resolved soon there will be legal action taken.”
Oh LL. Why don’t you have a security system at your house? Why don’t you have better friends? Why do you keep losing jewelry?
If you remember, $400,000 worth of jewels disappeared from a photoshoot LL did with British Elle magazine. it was later said she had nothing to do with them disappearing.
Wow, what a tea party! Absolut is honoring it’s third city by giving Boston, Mass. it’s own Absolut Vodka flavor.
The limited edition flavor will be black tea and elderflower vodka in a glass bottle that has a backdrop that is reminiscent of Fenway Park’s infamous Green Monster.
In addition to launching the new flavor, Absolut will have a “Wall Of Pride” erected at the Prudential Center for 10 days as a fundraiser.
The wall features quotations from famous Bostonians including sports stars and celebrities. Individual tiles will later be auctioned off to raise money for the Charles River Conservancy.
I love Absolut ads. I don’t usually drink, but if i have a choice, I have to say that the tongue in cheek yet sleek ads that Absolut uses, totally works on me.
As for the other cities that Absolut has honored?
Previous Absolut flavors include black pepper and mango in New Orleans and pomegranate, blueberry, acerola cherry and açai berry for Los Angeles.
Ben Affleck has given it all up to become a bus driver in Boston. Thrown in the towel! A little more stress at times, but it’s a simple life, and he’s doing good for the community.
No no no, Ben got to filming his new movie (that he is also directing) The Town, that will be co-starring Jon Hamm. On set with fellow actors and city workers, Ben seems to be doing his best to keep the atmosphere light. He does look rather comfortable in the blue uniform, though. If he would just buckle his belt.
