So word spread like wildfire yesterday that Grey’s Anatomy hottie, Eric Dane and his Noxema Girl wife Rebecaa Gayheart had a ‘sex tape’. But, Dane’s lawyer wants to you to know that it’s NOT a SEX TAPE.

“This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public.”

“Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ‘sex tape.’ It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”

Ok, so here’s the deal. There is not sex on this tape.  None!  It’s not a Sex Tape. It’s a stoners in the bathtub tape? Eric Dane and his willy visit the apartment, tape? A let’s do drugs and be nude together while talking about hiring “other girls” tape? (yeah I’m not kidding on that one. It’s halfway through the video when Rebecca’s in the bath tub)
