Dean McDermott on DWTS?!

Not one to turn down a challenge, scuba diving, motor cycles, and marrying Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott is chatting about the rumors of him being on Dancing With The Stars.

“I’d love to be on Dancing with the Stars,” says McDermott, who is the Grand Marshall of the Los Angeles Ride for Autism this Saturday. “It looks like the scariest thing in the world.”

There would be some big shoes to fill following the likes of Gilles Marini and John O’Hurly.

“I’m a huge fan of the show and it looks like a lot of hard work,” “I tend to gravitate towards anything that’s a challenge.”

And it would be a a challenge for Dean. He says he has no dancing skills at all

“I have no dancing skills whatsoever except for the improv stripper moves which Tori thinks I’m pretty good at,” he says with a laugh. “I’m 6′ 3” with size 14 feet, so I’m like a giraffe. My dance partner would be stepped on constantly.”

As for votes,  Dean has at least one already.  Two if you count us here at BusyBee.  Dean’s wife Tori Spelling has already thrown her support behind her husband.

“I’d be so psyched if he was on the show!” says Spelling. “I’d be in the front row every week. I think he’d be amazing.”

That’s so sweet. And I think Dean would do great on the show. He certainly has the personality and the drive to accomplish what he puts his mind to, no how silly some may think it is.
