Attention Peter Facinelli fans, and I know you are out there.   The Twilight star was spotted after a work out today in Vancouver, Canada.  The whole Twilight gang has returned north of our border for filming to begin on the third installment of the Twilight series.  Wow, New Moon hasn’t even come out yet!
