Actress Renee Zellweger was in a little bit of a car accident earlier today. Luckily everyone seems to be ok.
“A green Ford Explorer made an illegal U-turn in front of her silver Mercedes,” Lieut. Tony Lee tells PEOPLE. “Ms. Zellweger was not injured, the damage to her car was very minor. She was very polite and sincere.”
Lee added that the two drivers exchanged information and “the incident will be handled between their insurance companies.”
“Ms. Zellweger requested her car be towed from the scene, and also requested that officers call her a cab,” Lee added.

Oh lordy. Not only did we endure watching Tween star Miley Cyrus turn an ice cream push cart into her own personal Pole Dance, but now we have… The Pole Dance Doll! That’s right kidlets. While it used to be that keeping your daughter OFF the pole was a sign you did something right, some doll company is now ENCOURAGING little girls (and some boys I suppose) to get their freak on.
I mean, really! A POLE DANCE DOLL???? I totally give up on us as a human race. This is the end. Rome has fallen. Who in their right mind would give this to their CHILD?!?! Oh Billy Ray sit down, you don’t get one.
I’m not saying these two are dating, but Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper pulled up and checked into the Beverly Hills Hotel together this weekend.
Photogs followed Renee from Starbucks where she picked up a few drinks, then headed to her own hotel to change. She was then picked up by Bradley Cooper, a big bag and her coffees in tow. The possible engaged couple then made their way to the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Bradley doesn’t look like he’s enjoying the attention from anyone. Not even the guy working the front of the hotel. Whereas Renee says hello as she walks into the building.
I hate to break it to you, Bradley, but you’re a rising star now. If you don’t want the attention from the paparazzi, don’t date a woman more famous than you are!
