With all this focus on the Tour de France, it might be easy to forget what else is going on in cycling.

We wanted to give a big hooray to Garmin- Slipstream’s Blake Caldwell who did a local Time Trial in Boulder, CO on July 23. If you don’t remember, Blake fell off his bike back in April and broke his FEMUR!! ou-ch!

I got the itch and did a local tt this evening. It felt good to push hard again. I’m starting to feel decent on the bike again. It sure has been an up-and-down past month. Some nagging pains have been made it hard, but things are looking up

So glad you got out there Blake!!! Hope the rest of the healing goes well
