What a freaking ride today!! David Millar NEARLY took the stage win after having had a fantastic breakaway and lead. Only to be swallowed up with 1.2 kilometers left!

And the crashes! Rain and paint on the street, do not mix. Throw in some turns and it’s recipe for road rash and broken bones.
