Seven time Tour de France winner, Lance Armstrong is a father for the 4th time! Max Armstrong was born today, to Lance’s girlfriend Anna Hansen, and was it any doubt that daddy wouldn’t Twitter about it?
Wassup, world? My name is Max Armstrong and I just arrived. My Mommy is healthy and so am I!

If you don’t remember, little Max is a bit of a miracle baby, as Lance wasn’t supposed to be able to have children after his treatment for testicular cancer in 1996.

UPDATE 916 PM Daddy Lance has already set up a twitter account for little Max… um, sure.
@maxarmstrong1 weighed in at 7lbs5oz and is 20 inches long.
