Russell Brand arrives on set

Comedian and actor Russell Brand arrives on the set of his new movie, Get Him to the Greek. Brand costars with Jonah Hill in this comedy due out in 2010.
A record company intern (Hill) is hired to accompany out-of-control British rock star Aldous Snow (Brand) to a concert at L.A.’s Greek Theater.
Did they have a wardrobe for the movie, or are they just letting Russell to keep on what he wears to set? And is that tattoo on his neck real or just for the role?
